Guests traveling alone must pay for two tickets, but will receive substantial discounts - call for pricing.  Guests that have more than two passengers sharing a stateroom will receive a discount - call for pricing.  Gratuity of $10 per person per day for wait staff and cabin steward will be automatically added to your Carnival on-board sign and sail account.  Transportation, airport transfers, and trip insurance not included in cruise fare and are available at extra cost.  Government taxes and CCL 2008/2009 fuel surcharge ($49pp) not included.   All packages except VIP Suite are 'guaranteed category', meaning the cabin location to be determined at sailing.  To pre-select a specific stateroom and deck location, please contact the agency to book your cruise - additional charges may apply.  Booking requires $125 per-person NON REFUNDABLE deposit.  (Other guests are counting on your reservation.  If you cancel, the show must go on.)  Payment in full required by November 21, 2008 or penalties may apply.  After November 21, 2008, canceling will result in INCREASED PENALTIES, UP TO 100% OF CRUISE FARE, according to the following schedule:

76 days OR MORE from sail date: $125pp penalty
75 to 30 days from sail date: $400pp penalty
29 to 8 days from sail date: 75% of total fare penalty
7 days or less from sail date: 100% of total fare penalty

Please note that the above schedule supercedes the schedule printed in the Carnival Cruise Lines ticket contract.

All passengers must be 21.  Passengers under 21 must be traveling in the same cabin with a member of the same sex who is 25 years of age or older. (CCL rules)

This cruise includes your cabin, all meals (except ultra-specialty desserts), beverages (except soda and bar drinks), on-board entertainment and shows, and admission to two private Dr. Dirty shows. Guests not part of the group may not be brought to the Dr. Dirty shows - no exceptions.

'Open Bar' package is subject to minimum participation. At the time of sailing, a minimum number of open bar ticket reservations must be met. (Currently 30 persons) If the total cabin minimum of promotion participation is not reached, OR if Carnival otherwise cancels availability, these tickets will revert to regular bookings, and the difference in fare refunded. No cancellations without penalty will be allowed if minimum participation is not reached for this promotion, or if Carnival cancels availability. (Alcohol will still be available for purchase on the ship)  All occupants of the same cabin must participate in the open bar program - cabin splitting not allowed. (CCL Rules)

All guests must have an ORIGINAL birth certificate and government ID or passport to board this vessel.  (Children need only birth certificate or passport.)  Passports ARE required for all guests  traveling by air from the Caribbean in emergencies.

IMPORTANT

The Dr. Dirty portion of this cruise is subject to MINIMUM PARTICIPATION. In mid-November 2008 if participation has not reached minimum levels, the Dr. Dirty portion of the cruise will be cancelled. Active bookings cancelled by Sun King Cruises before November 21, 2008 for lack of participation will have all payments REFUNDED IN FULL.  Passengers who wish to remain on their cruise vacation as planned may do so and will receive refunds for the Dr. Dirty portion of the booking.  After a customer has requested to remain on their cruise vacation without the Dr. Dirty portion of their booking, CANCELLATION PENALTIES WILL APPLY if customer cancels booking after November 21, 2008. (Carnival has separate mandatory cancellation penalties after this date)

Please note that ALL group events and the Dr. Dirty portion of this cruise may be cancelled at any time due to events beyond the control of John Valby and Sun King Cruises.  i.e. Cruise line cancellation of showroom, performer unforeseen illness, weather, etc.  Cancellation of this group for such unforeseen events will result in a full refund if cancellation occurs before November 21, 2008.  Cancellations for unforeseen/uncontrollable events made AFTER that date by John Valby / Sun King Cruises will result in a refund of the Dr. Dirty portion of your cruise ONLY .  All other cancellation restrictions apply.
